- Relay global updates, risks, and priorities to regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple business units and markets.
- Coordinate dedicated project resources and contributors – including local and regional IT and Security teams – to execute tasks on time and within budget.
- Contribute to global steering activities, gathering regional updates and risks from local stakeholders.
- Regularly prepare and present strategic updates to the APAC ITP Executive Committee and other APAC management committees.
- Manage resource and financial planning for projects, including hiring and onboarding of project resources.
- Partner with APAC territory leads to identify KPI gaps, propose enhancements, and track improvement initiatives.
- Support department activities including budget management, tools roll-outs, and operational priorities.
⇒ Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management within a multinational environment (banking, consulting, or technology).
- Banking sector experience is highly preferred – you will need to navigate complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders.
- Regional / APAC experience is a must-have – you must have managed projects across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.
- Proven track record of managing multi-market programs with diverse stakeholders, from C-level to operational teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – you will be presenting to executive committees and coordinating across business units.
- Cybersecurity knowledge is NOT mandatory – but familiarity with security operations, governance, or risk management is an advantage.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus – CISSP, CISM, or CISA are also a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English – French and/or Chinese are a plus.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and articulate clear recommendations for decision-making.
- Financial planning proficiency – you should be comfortable managing budgets and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Thrives in a fast-changing environment and manages tight deadlines with composure.
