Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced APAC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, regional market knowledge, and experience in managing full-cycle hiring for multiple countries within APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the APAC region (India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies
• Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation processes
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Stay updated on regional hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and employment regulations
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in APAC or global hiring
• Strong experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment across multiple geographies in APAC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of market mapping and talent intelligence
