About the role:

We are looking for a commercially driven Mid-Market Partnerships Manager to accelerate the growth of Aspire's Mid-Market segment through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.

This role will focus on building and managing relationships with VCs, ERP partners, accounting firms, systems integrators, technology consultants, and other business service providers that serve mid-market companies. You will also be responsible for developing partner-led demand generation initiatives, including events, webinars, workshops, and industry programs that position Aspire as the leading finance operating system for growing businesses.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, marketing, and product.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Partnerships

• Plan and execute partner-led events, webinars, roundtables, and industry workshops to engage finance leaders, CFOs, controlle
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners serving mid-market businesses.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and establish mutually beneficial commercial models.
• Drive referrals, pipeline generation, and revenue growth from those partnerships
• Act as the primary point of contact for each partner.

Demand Generation & Events

• Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing campaigns and joint GTM initiatives.
• Represent Aspire at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
• Measure and optimize events and other initiatives ROI

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales or ecosystem development.
• Proven experience working with ERP platforms, accounting software, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
• Experience managing external partners and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
• Strong event management and demand generation experience.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation and business development capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network within VCs, accounting, ERP, or consulting communities.
• Previous founder or experience building channel or referral partner programs
• Knowledge of treasury, AP/AR, expenses, accounting workflows.
• Experience working with NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks
