Handle localization and review of marketing materials, including: EDMs, landing pages, brochures, presentations, blogs, and social posts
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, HQ marketing, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
Experience in B2B marketing execution within the tech or industrial sector
Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and events
Actively involved in end-to-end event operations, beyond regular administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and customs clearance, preparing event materials, venue scouting, and supporting booth setup during exhibitions.
Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and presentation materials for management review
Experience in marketing content localization
Comfortable working with global and regional stakeholders
Support the APAC Marketing Manager in executing regional and global marketing campaigns
Assist in planning and execution of tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and distributor events across APAC
Liaise with external partners such as designers, media, distributors, and agencies
Support lead generation activities, including campaign setup, tracking, and follow-ups
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines
Support budget tracking and PO/administrative coordination where required
Requirements:
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, or lead tracking
Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel are must-haves)
Detail orientated Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Able to work independently while supporting a regional manager
Adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
