APAC Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for APAC regions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong APAC talent pool.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Work towards recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT).
