Job Summary
As an APAC IT & Digital Intern, you will support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across multiple countries, gaining practical experience in technology projects, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and innovation within a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across APAC to drive technology adoption and innovation
- Coordinate project activities, prepare detailed documentation, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital workplace solutions to inform strategic decisions
- Assist with IT process improvements, conduct system testing (UAT), and provide operational support to enhance IT service delivery
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and project trackers for regional IT leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Analyze operational data to support technology adoption reporting and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Collaborate with APAC IT teams across multiple countries to support regional meetings and foster stakeholder engagement
- Prepare presentations and communications to effectively convey technology initiatives across the region
- Benchmark competitors and best practices to explore new technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced regional environment
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong interest in Technology and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to commit at least 9 months of full-time internship from Jan 2027 onwards
