They are currently seeking an APAC HR Business Partner to lead their regional HR projects and business partnering across Asia-Pacific. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office located in the West, and the company has a hybrid working policy (3 days from office, 2 days from home).

about the job
This is a key position within their APAC HR team, reporting directly to the APAC HR Director based in Singapore. This is an individual contributor role, acting as a strategic business partner and project driver across 7 key countries within APAC; Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, India, Australia and New Zealand. In addition, you will:
Act as the dedicated single point of contact providing comprehensive human resources partnership and strategic advisory to regional business leaders and matrixed stakeholders
Drive change management initiatives and organizational transformation to standardize and strengthen corporate people practices across the region
Spearhead and coordinate large-scale regional and global human resources technology roll-outs, workforce planning strategies, and organizational integration projects
Utilize workforce data analytics to derive key insights and recommend value-adding people solutions in alignment with senior regional leadership
Define and harmonize operational human resource processes to ensure absolute consistency and efficiency throughout the regional functions
