Description and Requirements
Business Development & Strategy:
.Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and understanding customer needs.
.Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aimed at driving company growth and profitability, while minimizing channel and operational losses.
Regional Business Leadership
.Lead team as a bridge between AP Business Unit and the AP Markets to drive business to achieve financial target with clear/competitive 4P alignment
.Align with the tablet team to organize the product SKU/supply demand/promotion/business partner strategy & execution focusing on Consumer segments
Market Intelligence
.Lead team to create and deliver market dynamic analysis based on IDC data to understand the Consumer business environment including customer behavior and market opportunity
Sales Management
.Weekly Business Forecast and Quarter end forecast (Financials per segment)
.Working with the BU Team leader on Q+1 planning based on SISO andPipeline opportunities
.Deal with Markets 4P to hit the quarterly MT numbers and relative bridge plan, this includes funding discussion to achieve the Target
