Job Description

Qualifications:

Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, MBA, or a related discipline from a reputed or premium institution.

Experience:

·     Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E or data analytics for Government or development programmes.

·     Experience in programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

·     Proficiency in preparing presentation decks, analytical notes, and briefing materials.

·  Working knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, data analysis tools, and dashboards.

·   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with senior government officials and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·     Overall operationalisation and rollout of schemes, programmes, and initiatives.

·    Preparation of action plans and implementation methodologies, including development of annexures, analysis formats, and support for online and offline systems.

·    Formulation, implementation, and end-to-end monitoring of MSME and entrepreneurship development policies and initiatives.

·  End-to-end implementation of industrial infrastructure and MSME initiatives, including portal management, application processing, committee coordination, and outcome tracking.

·   Review and validation of project proposals and detailed project reports (DPRs), including feasibility analysis and reporting to competent authorities.

·    Monitoring and reporting of physical and financial progress of programmes, including preparation of periodic reports and analytical briefs.
