Role: Accounts Payable - Delivery Manager

Experience: 10 years to 15 years

Job Location:Pune

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Commerce Graduate ,B. Com/M.com/MBA - Finance (Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management Skill

• Strong analytical Skill

• Strong PTP Domain and accounting knowledge

• Ensure all Team Leader's deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately

• Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Handle quality control and audits

• Manage escalations

• Prepare dashboards for performance metrics, service levels

• Support team with AP/AR domain knowledge as and when required

• Knowledge of building strong review and control mechanism

• Engage in Lean, Six Sigma projects to enhance process performance

• With strong mindset and zeal for transformation through process improvement. Simplification, automation and Cost optimization

• Participate in all strategic decisions with the customer

   AP, Team Manager, Stake Holder Mngt

Good-to-Have Skills:

8+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payables with a span of 30+ FTEs

Knowledge of various ERPs- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel

Should have exposure of various transformation tools along with AI

Com/M.com/MBA - Finance (Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate)

Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communicator at all levels

Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.

Must be handling team of 25+ FTE

Must Know MIS Reporting and stakeholder management
