Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Maintain accounting records using Foundation Accounting Software
• Utilize Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation
• Work within shared folders and file management systems
• Support accounting operations using QuickBooks as needed
• Other accounting duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience using Foundation Accounting Software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Some experience with QuickBooks
• Experience working with shared folders/file systems
• Reliable and dependable
• Available to start ASAP
