Role Overview
As an AI/ML Technical Lead at Antino Labs, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated artificial intelligence systems that solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data engineers, and key stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into scalable AI architectures. Your day-to-day will involve guiding technical strategy, mentoring engineering talent, and ensuring the seamless deployment of models that directly influence user experience and operational efficiency across our client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with client business objectives and performance requirements.
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications to enhance product capabilities.
- Oversee the full model lifecycle, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and optimization to ensure high accuracy and production-grade stability.
- Implement MLOps best practices to automate model deployment, monitoring, and version control, reducing time-to-market for new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps and translate technical constraints into actionable development plans.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling AI architectures using Python, with a deep understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proven ability to design and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions that address real-world business problems.
- Strong proficiency in MLOps workflows, including model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques for production environments.
- Exceptional technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex development cycles and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site environment across our Delhi NCR locations, including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Kanpur.
