Join us as an Anti-Tax Evasion Manager
- Lead and support the delivery of regulatory change initiatives across Operational Tax, ensuring timely and effective implementation of new or amended requirements
- Take on a new role, where you'll make sure effective controls and processes are undertaken, standards of knowledge are maintained, and accurate tax information exchange is undertaken annually
- You'll work with other teams and business areas to ensure effective operational tax processes, data quality, and reporting across the business
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive consistent execution and deployment of an operational tax framework and operating model across the business

What you'll do
In this key role, you'll support senior management to define and deliver the approach for the implementation of operational tax standards, for the execution of operational tax activities, and for alignment and coordination across the region to facilitate consistency.
We'll look to you to assess the service management proposition and the service provided, and you'll provide input for any system or process related issues with respect to case management. Supporting with quality assurance checking and running control reports, you'll also be making sure regulatory requirements are fulfilled and policies are adhered to within agreed timescale.
You'll Also Be
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational tax shared services interaction and a conduit between operational tax shared services and the business
- Supporting the local identification, assessment, monitoring and addressing of operational tax risks according to the risk appetite of the business
- Proactively maintaining knowledge and understanding of changes to legislation and regulation and other industry developments which may impact our risk profile
- Ensuring adherence to the operational tax strategy through adequate monitoring and analysis of MI, and identifying and escalating emerging and upstream risk
- Providing risk-based learning, skills improvement and operational tax training for client facing colleagues

We're looking for someone with a detailed understanding and knowledge of operational tax principles and processes within a large organisation. We'll also expect you to have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a variety of business areas, and with internal and external stakeholders.
