Key Responsibility
- Develop & optimize chemical analysis SOPs in the lab
- Leads the overall functioning of the Engineering lab
- Design and conducts process and innovation experiments
- SPOC for chemical testing, in-house and external.
- Tests materials and products to ensure they meet standards
- Ensure implementation of Engineering lab daily activities
- Ensure adherence to process standards and SOPs
- Prepares test solutions, instruments set-up and maintenance
- Develop and maintain testing records, inhouse/external
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in operations
- Coordinate with CFT for consumables and parts related

- Strong knowledge of cosmetic anodizing and chemistry
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
