About The Job

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team of offshore data annotators. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for annotation quality, team throughput, and day-to-day operations of the labeling program. You will be the primary point of contact between the annotation team and the company's internal AI Team. - an American construction software company building an AI system that analyzes construction floor plans. Requirements

  • Prior experience managing a team of remote data annotators or a similar task-based workforce
  • Strong written English communication skills – written reporting and communication are the primary interfaces with STACK
  • Familiarity with data annotation concepts and web-based labeling tools (experience with Roboflow is a plus)
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple workstreams and surface issues proactively
  • Experience with construction drawings, architecture, or CAD is a plus but not required Ability to make sound judgment calls independently and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Must be available for a minimum of 2 hours of overlap with US business hours daily (specific window to be mutually agreed) Training The selected candidate will complete an onboarding period with the internal team to learn annotation guidelines, tooling, and quality standards before assuming full supervisory responsibility Job Details

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of plan labelers, managing daily assignments and workload distribution
  • Monitor annotation quality through regular audits and enforce consistency with established guidelines
  • Track and report daily and weekly throughput metrics to stakeholders
  • Onboard and calibrate new annotators, ensuring quality standards are met before independent work begins
  • Identify and escalate annotation edge cases and guideline gaps to the team
  • Facilitate resolution of ambiguous labeling scenarios and communicate updated guidelines back to the team
  • Participate in periodic video calls with the internal team to review progress, discuss issues, and align on priorities

Salary & Benefits

  • Pay: Hourly, $ 14.00 – 16.00
