Role Description This full-time ANM/GNM role at Cosma Fertility is an on-site position based in Noida. The nursing professional will provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing fertility and related women's health treatments, including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with procedures as directed by physicians. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, preparing treatment rooms, administering medications as per protocol, and supporting patients with pre- and post-procedure counseling. The role also involves educating patients on treatment plans and preventive health measures, ensuring adherence to infection control standards, and coordinating with the medical team to deliver safe, efficient care. The ANM/GNM professional is expected to uphold ethical nursing practices and contribute to a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Valid ANM or GNM nursing qualification from a recognized institution and registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, basic nursing procedures, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Knowledge of women's health, fertility treatments, reproductive health protocols, and patient education practices (prior experience in fertility or gynecology settings is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic patient support and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain detailed documentation, and comply with infection control and safety standards.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced clinical environment in Noida, with flexibility for shift-based duties if required.
