About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Animator & Motion Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories through animation, motion graphics, AI-generated content, and video production.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity, technology, and storytelling to create engaging content for brands across digital platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to develop animations, illustrations, explainer videos, and social-first content that captivates audiences and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Animation & Motion Design
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
- Develop engaging explainer videos, product videos, and character animations.
- Design and animate content for websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual narratives.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Create AI-generated videos, ads, and animations using tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Leverage AI tools to improve production speed, creativity, and storytelling.
- Explore emerging AI workflows and integrate them into content creation processes.
Video Production & Editing
- Capture and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Enhance video content with motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and sound design.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams to develop visually impactful campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.
Quality & Project Management
- Maintain high creative and production standards across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and continuously refine creative outputs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or motion design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Solid understanding of animation workflows, storyboarding, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Experience creating short-form content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong illustration skills and attention to visual detail.
- Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating explainer videos and character animations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of creative automation workflows.
- Basic understanding of 3D animation tools and workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or multi-brand environment.
