We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Animator with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics and animation, with hands-on experience in creating engaging learning and instructional content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for eLearning modules and digital content
- Work closely with instructional designers and content teams to visualize concepts effectively
- Develop storyboards and translate them into engaging visual animations
- Use animation tools to enhance learner engagement and understanding
- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and visual storytelling across projects
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback and project requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in animation or motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in After Effects (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Experience in creating content for learning/eLearning or educational materials
- Understanding of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with explainer videos, whiteboard animations, or instructional design projects
- Basic understanding of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of sound editing and video production basics
Working Details:
- Work Mode: On-site (5 days a week with Alternate Saturdays)
