Role: Gameplay Animator (Mid or Senior)
We are looking for passionate Gameplay Animators with strong experience in Maya and good understanding of Unreal Engine workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in games or equivalent gameplay animation production
Strong hands-on experience in Mocap Cleanup
Good understanding of Root Motion and gameplay animation workflows
Ability to retime, polish, and enhance mocap animations for gameplay quality
Strong animation fundamentals with good sense of weight, appeal, exaggeration, and readable key poses
Experience creating gameplay-ready locomotion, combat, hit reactions, transitions, and seamless animation blending
Ability to take raw mocap data to final polished in-game animation
Experience with secondary animations such as tails, ropes, and follow-through elements
Experience with facial animation
Ability to maintain clean curves, stable contacts, and smooth motion flow
Understanding of gameplay integration and engine requirements in Unreal Engine
Additional Plus:
Experience with tools/plugins such as Ragdoll, Cascadeur, MotionBuilder, Character Creator, or similar animation and character workflow tools
Adaptability to new tools, pipelines, and efficient production workflows
Smart and efficient problem-solving mindset with focus on improving productivity
We are looking for artists who can transform mocap data into high-quality stylized or realistic gameplay animation.
