Animation Trainer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Animation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of animation and 3D design, along with the ability to teach and mentor students through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and engaging sessions on 2D and 3D Animation.
• Train students on industry-standard animation and design software.
• Guide students through projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
• Explain animation concepts, techniques, workflows, and production processes.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to help students improve their technical and creative skills.
• Stay updated with current animation trends, tools, and industry practices.
• Maintain a practical, project-based learning environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D Animation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or Maya.
• Understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering.
• Knowledge of animation principles and production workflows.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant animation work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong portfolios and practical expertise may also be considered.
