Role Overview
The Animation Designer will be responsible for creating animated videos to support marketing campaigns and training modules. The candidate will initially work with the Counsellor Connect team for online module creation, followed by future domestic marketing initiatives with the respective team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop animated videos using AI platforms for campaigns, product promotions, and training modules.
- Create AI-generated videos and animations using effective prompts and control signals to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Create engaging visual narratives aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Apply creative storytelling skills to convert marketing messages into compelling animated narratives.
- Design and develop content using relevant design and multimedia tools.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of AI animation and AI video creation.
- Familiarity with AI video creation platforms.
- Ability to craft effective prompts and control signals for consistent outputs.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, Filmora, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficient in 2D and/or 3D animation software.
- Understanding of brand communication and campaign objectives.
- Strong creative storytelling skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or a related field.
- B.Sc. in Animation & VFX / B.Tech. – AI Animator / Video Creator.
