Peepal Farm is a stray animal rescue located in Village Dhanotu, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh established in 2014. We run a hospital, and a recovery center for injured stray animals mostly dogs, cows & bulls, cats, and mules & donkeys.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Animal Hospital Manager. The Animal Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations of the animal hospital, ensure efficient practice management, and maintain a high standard of patient and client care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, supply ordering, customer service management, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The Manager will also collaborate with veterinarians and other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in People Management, and Hospital Management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills to oversee staff and hospital operations
- Familiarity with veterinary practices and animal care
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing high-quality care
- Have an understanding of shelter medicine
