Job Title: Support Engineer Electron JS | Angular | Java
Looking for a proactive and detail oriented Support Engineer with expertise in Electron JS, Angular, and Java to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and escalating technical issues for both desktop (Electron) and web based (Angular/Java) applications. This role requires a mix of development knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L2.5 application support for software solutions built using Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement short term and long term resolutions.
Monitor application performance and logs, and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Develop support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Interface with clients or internal users to understand and clarify issue reports.
Participate in on call rotation or provide after hours support as needed.
