Angular Developer

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
• Develop UI components using Angular (or similar framework)
• Design and develop responsive and reusable components for Kiosk, Web, and Mobile platforms
• Provide architectural guidance and develop complex, reusable components
• Develop acceptance tests and ensure code quality
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
• Analyze and improve efficiency and stability of system resources once deployed
• Mentor junior engineers and new team members; apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
• Help define the technology roadmap supporting product development
• Continuously improve code quality by tracking, reducing, and avoiding technical debt

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Working experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, JQuery)
• Extensive experience in designing and developing responsive UI components
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
• In-depth knowledge of GIT code versioning
• Deploying applications in public cloud using AWS, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes (experience with Azure is a plus)
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience with interfaces such as HL7, FHIR, EDI, and understanding of PHI is a plus
• Ability to take ownership of solutions and deliver results
• Agile mindset and experience working in 2-week release cycles
• Customer-first attitude

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or MCA
• 9+ years experience in software engineering
• 6+ years of experience building web-based applications with Angular (version 8 or higher) or equivalent
• 3+ years of public cloud experience

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science
• 1+ years of .Net or C# experience
• 2+ years developing REST APIs
• 1+ years of mobile application development experience
