Role Description

This is a 2-month probation (internship / contract-to-hire) role for an Android Engineer specializing in Kotlin, CameraX/ML, and performance optimization.

On successful performance during probation, this role converts to a full-time position.

You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing Android applications, implementing user-friendly designs, refining software performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate innovative features. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, allowing partial work-from-home flexibility.

What You'll Work On (High Impact)

• Build and optimize the camera face pipeline (CameraX + real-time processing)
• Improve performance (FPS stability, latency, memory, thermal)
• Integrate ML/CV components cleanly into the app architecture
• Ship weekly improvements and own parts of the product end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and proficiency in Mobile Applications
• Experience in Android Design and Android Development
• Solid foundation in Software Development, including debugging and optimization
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a passion for cutting-edge mobile technologies
• Familiarity with Kotlin, CameraX, and Machine Learning integration on Android
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Prior experience with biometric systems is a plus, but not required
