About the Role
We're looking for a technically curious, self-starting Senior Android Engineer to join our mobile team. This role centers on integrating third-party tools, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and building reusable components that power our mobile experiences. Your mission is to make the hard things easy for othersyou'll be the one who figures it out, documents it, and makes it scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate new components and SDKs into our Android applications
- Collaborate with infrastructure, backend, and mobile teams to resolve integration challenges
- Build reusable modules and interfaces for front-end engineers to consume
- Document integration patterns, edge cases, and best practices for internal teams
- Stay ahead of SDK updates, platform changes, and emerging tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with deep knowledge of Android architecture components
- Proven experience working with third-party SDKs and solving integration challenges
- Solid understanding of networking, threading, and the Android app lifecycle
- Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and drive solutions proactively

Additional Skills
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, RxJava, Retrofit, or similar libraries
- Strong grasp of architecture patterns: MVP, MVVM, MVI
- Deep understanding of Android app lifecyclefrom modular architecture to Play Store deployment
- Exposure to backend systems and API design
- Comfort with logging, monitoring, and performance optimization tools
- Understanding of mobile UX principles and responsive design across Android versions and screen sizes
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle, and Agile methodologies
