Role Description:
This is an Android Developer role at an early-stage startup based in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the founder and core product team to build, improve, and scale our Android application. You'll be involved in developing new features, fixing bugs, improving performance, and shaping the overall mobile experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real products, learning fast, and taking ownership in a startup environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin
- Implement new features based on product requirements and user feedback.
- Work closely with the founder/product team to translate ideas into working features.
- Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve app performance and stability.
- Ensure clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in app releases, testing, and basic monitoring post-launch.
- Continuously improve UI/UX in collaboration with design inputs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year work experience as an Android developer
- Should have experience building a B2C Android App
- Should know Kotlin or Java and Android SDK.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON integration.
- Knowledge of Android app lifecycle, activities/fragments, and layouts.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
