About the Role:

We are looking for an Android Developer (SDE 1) who is passionate about building high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to develop end-to-end features from architecture and data storage to seamless UI and integrations.

This role is ideal for someone eager to solve real-world challenges, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Android features end to end.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code following coding best practices
• Actively participate in code reviews - suggesting improvements for performance, readability, maintainability
• Supports production systems and proactively fixes bugs.
• Take ownership and accountability for the features you deliver

Android Expertise

• Android SDK, Activities, Fragments, Services, Broadcast Receivers
• UI development using XML & Jetpack Compose
• Jetpack components, Material Design, coroutines
• SQLite/Room, Retrofit, Git
• Design patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVI), Dependency Injection
• Security and data protection, encryption practices
• Strong QA and testing understanding
