Android Developer

What You'll Do

* Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using **Kotlin** (primarily) and/or Java.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

* Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of shipped applications.

* Proficiency in **Kotlin** (preferred) or Java.

* Solid understanding of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

* Experience with **RESTful APIs** to connect Android applications to back-end services.

* Familiarity with modern Android architectural components (e.g., MVVM, MVI) and libraries (e.g., **Jetpack Compose**, Room, Retrofit, Coroutines).

* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

* Experience with version control systems, preferably **Git**.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
