Android Developer - Java/Kotlin

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The role involves working on scalable mobile solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.

Key Role& Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.
• Build scalable, robust, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following Android development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver mobile solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into Android applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Implement appropriate security practices for mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Support application releases, deployments, and post-release issue resolution.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and mobile application development.
• Strong programming skills in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Good understanding of Android architecture and application lifecycle.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile application security, performance optimization, and testing.
