Summary
Advantal Technologies is seeking highly skilled and experienced Android Developers to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and experience with SIP/VoIP technologies. Experience with on-premises application development is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Work with SIP/VoIP protocols and libraries to integrate real-time communication features into our applications.
- Develop and maintain on-premises applications, ensuring security and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Android development.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
- Experience with SIP/VoIP technologies (e.g., PJSIP, Linphone, WebRTC).
- Experience with on-premises application development, including server-side technologies and databases.
- Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Travelling to Client Site may be required.
