We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development and a passion for creating high-quality software. You will be responsible for designing and developing Android applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving the performance of our apps.

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
