Android Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate the complexity and workload for new mobile application requirements.
• Choose and propose the most appropriate technical solutions based on user requirements and project constraints.
• Collaborate with business analysts to finalize optimal requirement artifacts that lead to functional software.
• Interact constructively with other IT and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration and delivery.
• Apply and uphold Eurofins development standards, processes, and technologies.
• Contribute actively to the success of the team and the overall organization by sharing knowledge and maintaining high code quality.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 4+ years in mobile application development.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
• Databases: Experience working with local databases, file systems, and Firebase for real-time storage and authentication.
• Frameworks & Components:
• Strong grasp of Android lifecycle components.
• Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous operations.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
• Other Skills:
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile performance.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
