Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Android Framework Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Android framework development, platform customization, feature enhancement, and maintenance across Android releases. This role requires deep expertise in Android internals, AOSP, native development, and performance optimization.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 / year

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Android framework features for various Android releases.
Implement new platform features and customized applications based on business requirements.
Perform Android platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Optimize application and framework performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
Design and develop Android applications, including Activities, Services, and UI components.
Work extensively with Android native components using JNI and NDK.
Debug complex system-level and application-level issues.
Collaborate with product, QA, and hardware teams for seamless integration.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Ensure compliance with Android compatibility standards and CTS requirements.
Support factory testing application development when required.
Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in Android Framework and AOSP development.
Proficiency in Java, C++, and Android NDK.
Hands-on experience in Android application development, including Activities, Services, and UI/UX.
Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Android platform tools and build systems.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Experience in mobile application customization and Android platform enhancements.
Familiarity with Android JNI is highly desirable.
