Android Audio Framework Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and debug Android Audio Framework components.
Work on AOSP-based Android audio solutions and platform-level features.
Analyze and troubleshoot audio-related issues across Java Framework, Native Framework, and HAL layers.
Modify and extend Android Framework and native audio components based on product requirements.
Debug audio routing, audio focus, audio policy, playback, recording, and audio device-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code using Git / Gerrit.
Analyze system logs, traces, bug reports, and dumpsys output to resolve complex platform issues.
