About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, camera-confident anchor cum producer to create engaging entertainment content for our digital platforms. The role involves presenting entertainment news, celebrity interviews, and pop-culture content in a fast-paced, youth-focused format.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct celebrity interviews, red carpet coverage, and event hosting
- Present YouTube videos including breaking news, gossip, explainers, and countdown formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content ideas
- Deliver content in an energetic, conversational, and relatable tone suited for digital audiences
- Stay updated on trending topics in Bollywood, Hollywood, K-pop, South industries
- Handle live or quick-turnaround shoots with minimal supervision
- Engage audiences through strong storytelling, expressions, and screen presence
- Maintain brand tone aligned with Zoom's youth-focused, entertainment-driven identity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in anchoring, hosting, or presenting (TV, YouTube, or digital media)
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent diction (English + Hindi preferred)
- Deep interest in Bollywood, Hollywood, regional celebrity culture, and entertainment news
- Ability to improvise and ad-lib during shoots/interviews
- Social media awareness and understanding of viral/trending formats
- Confidence in handling celebrity interactions and public events
- Basic understanding of scripting and content structuring
- Experience with entertainment/lifestyle channels or YouTube platforms
- Background in journalism, mass communication, or media studies
- Familiarity with digital video production workflows
