Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Anchor Relationship Manager, based in Kochi, with some remote work flexibility. The Anchor Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients or channel partners, ensuring the growth and profitability of assigned anchor accounts, and driving business opportunities. Key day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, nurturing leads, conducting periodic reviews, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet clients needs.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and maintain client satisfaction.
- Experience in managing key accounts, handling negotiations, and driving revenue growth in a financial or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, preparing account summaries, and providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team in a hybrid setting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make strategic decisions under dynamic conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
