Anchor Manager - Supply Chain Finance
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Anchor Manager to drive business growth through strategic engagement with anchor clients in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) ecosystem. The role involves managing relationships, onboarding vendors/dealers, and structuring customized SCF solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard anchor corporates and their supply chain partners
- Manage end-to-end SCF program execution
- Drive vendor/dealer engagement and financing penetration
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams
- Track portfolio performance and ensure compliance
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products (vendor/dealer finance, reverse factoring)
- Relationship management and B2B client handling
- Credit appraisal and risk assessment basics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
