Anaplan Support & Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Anaplan Development

• Design, build, and enhance Anaplan modules, lists, actions, and UX pages following Anaplan best practices (DISCO / PLANS).
• Develop scalable models supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Optimize model performance, calculation logic, and data structures to meet enterprise scale requirements.
• Support enhancements and change requests under an Agile / sprint‑based delivery model.
• Maintain technical documentation for models, data flows, and calculations.
• Application Support & Operations
• Provide Level 2 production support for Anaplan applications, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Monitor daily integrations, data loads, and model health checks.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support reconciliation with source systems.
• Handle user access, role management, and basic security configuration.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Certification Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder (Mandatory)

Anaplan Experience 2–5 years of hands‑on Anaplan development and support

Modeling Skills Module design, lists, actions, time settings, UX pages

Best Practices DISCO, PLANS methodology, performance optimization

Support Experience Level 2 application support, issue triage, defect resolution

Data Skills Data validation, reconciliation, integration monitoring

Domain Knowledge Finance and/or Supply Chain planning fundamentals

Tools Anaplan UX, Anaplan for Excel, MS Excel
