Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in advancing organization's strategic priorities through dedicated sprints/ programs and by providing cutting edge analysis and reports to the leadership. You will be part of this high-performance team and have following specific responsibilities:
Your work profile
Primary purpose of the role:
Anaplan development, enhancements, cycle management, technical troubleshooting Financial Planning, Performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting & long-range planning, management reporting, root cause analysis and driving execution of strategic priorities and initiatives for Deloitte as part of Program Management Office.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:
- End-to-end management of Anaplan cycles (data load, testing, initiation, validation, output/insights, exceptions, troubleshooting, license management etc. (individual contributor role)
- Development and enhancements of scenario analysis, model building, and visualizations
- Data analysis, data mining, preparation of management reports and presentations
- Lead/ assist in implementation of Strategic choices and priorities through sprints.
- Work closely with the business PMO teams and Enabling Area teams on annual planning, budgeting and multiple annual projects managed by National office.
- Define key performance measures for initiatives, develop tracking mechanism/ reports, and monitor progress to share updates with the Leadership
Key Skills Required:
- Financial Planning: Anaplan – Level 2 or Level 3 certified
- Excellent Excel; Word; PowerPoint and MS project skills. Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- Agentic AI tools
- MBA from a top tier school with 8-10 years post-graduation experience
- Executive presence
- Ability to manage upwards and build relationship with senior leadership.

- Critical thinking, Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to derive critical insights from multiple disparate data sources.
