Location: Pune/Nagpur, MH (Work from office, Hybrid can be done)

Shift Time: UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop, and maintain scalable Anaplan models that support financial planning, forecasting, workforce planning, supply chain, and business decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Anaplan solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models, modules, lists, dashboards, and UX pages.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Develop and optimize planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting models.
• Configure imports, exports, actions, workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Apply Anaplan best practices for model performance, sparsity, dimensionality, and scalability.
• Support data integration activities and troubleshoot data issues.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams during implementation.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
• Maintain model documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Monitor and improve model performance and usability.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• These responsibilities are commonly reflected across recent Anaplan Model Builder openings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Anaplan model building or EPM platforms.
• Anaplan Level 1 / Level 2 / Certified Model Builder certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Hyperion, TM1, SAP BPC, Adaptive Planning, or Pigment is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• End-to-end Anaplan implementation experience
• Experience in FP&A or supply chain planning
• Knowledge of integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud/SaaS enterprise environments
• Experience working with Solution Architects and business leadership
