Position: Anaplan Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Indore , India

Duration: Full time (Need only Immediate Joiners)

We are looking for dynamic and result oriented Anaplan Consultants to join our fast-growing Anaplan practice.

Ideal candidates would be a self-motivated and result oriented professionals with a passion for business analytics, data modelling, and planning. Candidates would possess right experience in areas of Financial or Supply Chain planning and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills along with superb written and oral communication skills to develop solutions that delight our customers.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Work closely with the Business (Finance / SCM) to gather the requirement.
• Understand existing landscape and business objectives of the customers.
• Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets and business problems into elegant, intuitive and optimal Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
• Modify existing solutions to enhance, optimize, or to incorporate new functionality.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables from self and team.
• Provide candid, meaningful feedback and regular progress updates to the team and customer.

What we are looking for:

• Candidate should have total experience of 5-9 years in IT Industry.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in relevant Anaplan development and successfully implementing Anaplan solutions on minimum to implementation projects.
• Hands on experience on solutioning Anaplan models on Financial Planning & Analysis use case.
• Hands on experience in implementing/support Agile projects in Financial/Sales Forecasting/Workforce planning using Anaplan Technology.
• Integration experience with any tool to lead the Anaplan data integrations with different systems.
• Experience with ALM & Anaplan Way implementation Methodology.
• Should be certified Anaplan Solution Architect.
• Should have deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, PLANUAL best practices.
• Preferred to have very good functional knowledge in FP&A or Supply Chain areas.
• Should be able to lead and mentor the team members.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills is a must.
