Analytics Solutions Lead

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Solutions Lead to manage the Analytics Portfolio, driving brand performance and operational execution across international, regional, and affiliate levels. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and designing analytical solutions, leading the development of new dashboards, and co-creating solutions with various stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in reporting and visualization tools, and experience in the pharmaceutical, customer healthcare, or cosmetics industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Analytics Portfolio that drives brand performance and operational execution across international, regions, and affiliates, as well as sub-national execution (all franchises).
• Drives strong alignment of the Analytics Portfolio with the evolving KPIs framework, strategic initiatives, and brand portfolio.
• Proactively identifies and designs analytical solutions to support international strategy, in strong collaboration with brand teams and functional leads.
• Leads the development of new dashboards by designing, prototyping, deploying, and testing of analytical solutions. When applicable, partners with the Business Technology Solutions team (BTS) and Data Operations lead to implement data products at scale.
• Leads the co-creation process by including relevant partners from Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness, Medical Education, Finance, Market Research, as well as Regions and Top 7 Affiliates.
• Oversees the active analytics portfolio, performs ongoing quality control, and manages escalated problems to resolution.
• Partners with the Advanced Analytics Lead and BTS to develop solutions infused with ML (Machine Learning) learning algorithms.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• Reporting and visualization expert: Proficient in Power BI.
• Data wrangling: Expertise in Excel + VBA, Python / R, SQL.
• Experience in building machine learning models and linear programming models.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods.
• Knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies as well as open data sources.
• Knowledge of CRM, digital communication, and Omnichannel datasets.
• Experience of leading multi-functional project teams in a matrix structure to effective results.
• Proven ability to manage and influence people both with and without formal authority.
• Ability to run algorithms to deliver rapid business insight.
• Experience in designing and developing technology solutions.
• Experience in handling large complex datasets and leveraging enterprise data lake and data warehouse solutions.
• Ability to lead multiple business projects across a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong influencing skills at International / Global level.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Flexibility & ability to travel (c. 10%).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate degree required. Postgraduate level degree preferred (e.g., MSc, PhD).
• Qualification in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
