Analytics Senior Associate
Role summary:
Make data more useful for decisions by turning complex information into clear analysis, reporting, and insights that support business priorities. Team summary:
The Analytics team supports business decision-making by delivering trusted reporting, meaningful analysis, and data visualizations that help teams act with confidence. The team works with stakeholders across functions to translate data into practical insights, improve visibility into performance, and support operational effectiveness. This role contributes to the team's work by combining CRM knowledge, SQL, Python, and visualization skills to create accurate and timely analytical outputs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzedata from Salesforce or other CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Buildand maintain queries and datasets usingSnowflake SQLto support reporting and analysis needs.
- Developanalysis workflows and data transformations usingPythonto improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Createdashboards and visualizations in tools such asSalesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or R Studioto communicate findings clearly.Partnerwith stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define analytical requirements, and translate business questions into data outputs.
- Validatedata accuracy and completeness by reviewing source data, logic, and output results before sharing insights.
- Summarizefindings in clear, concise formats that support decision-making for operational and strategic discussions.
- Documentanalytical methods, assumptions, and reporting definitions to support consistency and transparency.ApplyAI tools within daily analytical work to streamline routine tasks such as drafting analysis summaries, organizing notes, or exploring data patterns, while reviewing outputs carefully and using judgment before sharing results.

Expected Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 to 8 years of experiencein analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related function.
- Experience working withSalesforce or another CRM platform.
- Hands-on experience withSnowflake SQL.Hands-on experience withPythonfor analysis, automation, or data preparation.
- Experience using one or more visualization tools such asSalesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or R Studio.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured business data to produce actionable insights.Ability to translate business questions into analytical outputs and clear recommendations.
- Strong attention to accuracy, data integrity, and documentation.Experience collaborating with stakeholders in a business or operational setting.
