Position Overview

Job Title: Analytics Senior Analyst, VP

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

As Data Steward, you will ensure contract data quality, accuracy, and security within the CLM system, encompassing data governance, metadata management, access control, and compliance with relevant policies (e.g., GDPR, InfoSec). This role also includes defining and maintaining system master data, governing the metadata model, and validating contract metadata accuracy through established controls and evaluation criteria. Additionally, the Data Steward contributes to the TPC data strategy development and alignment with bank-wide policies, oversees data quality across systems, and manages role-based access controls within the dbContractsPro system (primarily during implementation and project phases).

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure contract data quality, accuracy, and security within the dbContractsPro system.
• Manage data governance, metadata management, and access control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, including GDPR and InfoSec.
• Define and maintain system master data and govern the metadata model.
• Validate contract metadata accuracy through established controls and evaluation criteria.
• Contribute to TPC data strategy development and alignment with bank-wide policies.

Your skills and experience

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Experience with metadata management, access control, and data quality assurance.
• Knowledge of relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Familiarity with contract management systems and data modelling concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
