Role Description

• As Reporting and Insights Manager, you will own dbContractsPro dashboard and analytics reporting utilised by platform users and user groups. You will also focus on regulatory compliance reporting and report on key performance, risk, and control indicators to facilitate various governance forums.
• This role involves collaborating with the Data Steward to ensure compliant reporting and defining functional requirements concerning regulatory notifications within dbContractsPro. Furthermore, you will generate reports to track business case benefits and support platform users in accessing and interpreting TPC system data for decision-making.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain dbContractsPro dashboard and analytics reporting.
• Focus on regulatory compliance reporting and KPI/KRI/KCI reporting to various governance forums.
• Collaborate with the Data Steward to ensure compliant and high-quality reporting.
• Generate reports to identify key contracting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing TPC compliance through reporting.
• Present on reports on KPIs, benefits, exceptions, and compliance, supporting decision-making and governance.

Your skills and experience

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with Sirion or similar contract lifecycle management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
