Summary:

As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This enables the enhancement of decision-making processes by identifying trends and patterns that support strategic business objectives. The position demands a thoughtful approach to data interpretation and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align analytics initiatives with business priorities and objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of analytics outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize analytical processes and methodologies.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
• Strong capability in data modeling and data integration within cloud-based environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data transformations.
