Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary engagement lead for key client accounts and manage senior stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director level)
- Understand business objectives and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Lead MBRs/QBRs, executive presentations, and analytics storytelling for business impact
- Manage expectations proactively, identify risks, and resolve issues through structured problem-solving
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations
Analytics Solutioning & Delivery Leadership
- Lead requirement gathering and convert business problems into structured analytics use cases
- Design end-to-end analytics solutions, architecture, and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide hands-on guidance in SQL, Python/PySpark, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and data engineering concepts
- Ensure data quality, scalability, and analytical rigor in all deliverables
- Contribute to predictive and prescriptive modeling initiatives where applicable
Pre-Sales & Proposal Management
- Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including effort estimation and delivery approach
- Define analytics strategy, staffing models, governance frameworks, and value articulation
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support deal closures and account growth
- Present differentiated analytics solutions to clients and prospects
Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with data engineering, BI, data science, and domain consulting teams
- Mentor and guide analysts, engineers, and consultants on technical and functional aspects
- Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and governance standards across engagements
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent projects
AI & Innovation Driven Analytics
- Identify and implement AI/ML and generative AI opportunities within client engagements
- Drive automation, predictive analytics, and advanced optimization solutions
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and business value
Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
- Experience in one or more domains: Utilities, Construction/Engineering, Retail/Consumer Analytics, Textile Packaging, Supply Chain Operations Analytics
- Ability to align analytics solutions with domain-specific KPIs and decision frameworks
