Job Title: SAP SAC Consultant
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support analytics, planning, and reporting requirements for a Real Estate client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAC reporting, planning models, data integration, and exposure to real estate KPIs and financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, and applications
- Build planning models including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP sources
- Develop real estatespecific analytics such as:
- Lease management & occupancy analysis
- Rental income & revenue forecasting
- Property-wise P&L and cash flow
- CapEx / OpEx tracking
- Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and planning requirements
- Optimize SAC models for performance, security, and usability
- Implement role-based security, data access controls, and governance
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production issues
- Provide documentation and end-user training
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of overall SAP BI / Analytics experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud experience
- Strong expertise in:
- SAC Stories, Models, Data Actions, and Analytic Applications
- Live and Import connections
- Planning, forecasting, and predictive scenarios
- Good understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Experience working with Real Estate domain data (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP BW / S/4HANA Embedded Analytics is a plus
- Strong SQL / data modeling understanding
Good to Have
- Exposure to RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) or real estate ERP systems
- Knowledge of IFRS / lease accounting (IFRS 16)
- Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity reporting
- Client-facing experience
