Driving SFDC-led sales operations & capability building, and data-driven decision-making to enhance pipeline visibility, improve sales effectiveness, and enable business teams with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- SFDC Operations & Governance
- Own SFDC data hygiene, adoption, and pipeline governance across business teams
- Ensure accuracy of opportunity lifecycle, funnel tracking, and reporting structures
- Capability Building
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to drive new capability building on SFDC for improving KAM productivity- implementation of opportunity qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC, building AI based capabilities (e.g. AI Sales Coach) and key GTM enablement around Airtel cloud & Security.
- Enable leadership & Business teams to leverage SFDC for business analytics & insighting through creation of Self-serve Analytics capabilities on SFDC.
- Training & Enablement
- Lead structured training initiatives (SFDC Learning School) across business segments
- Conduct onboarding and continuous learning sessions & NHIP to improve tool adoption
- Insights & Analysis
- Driving OB forecasting for all segments across AB through governance & dashboarding.
- Deliver actionable insights on OB, pipeline, conversion, and segment performance
- Analyze trends (QoQ/YoY) and identify key business drivers and risks
- Track leading indicators (funnel creation, meetings etc.)
- Analyst Relations – Program Manage Analyst engagements with key Analyst firms like F&S, IDC etc. to enable business with the required market research and tracking of revenue movement & RMS.
